Feature request: Being able to track emails from more than 1 email address per contact

Hi,
In all departments within an organisation the ability to track previous send and received emails to and from a contact is essential.

With the Email add-on for Zoho CRM this option is offered for an additional price.
But this add-on currently has some downsides that should (at least it seems) be quite easy to solve.

1: Contacts using several email addresses or changing email address.
The add-on only shows emails TO and FROM the contacts MAIN email address. In case a customer is using both work and private email addresses (trust me, most contacts do especially in the business-to-constumer business) only one of them can be tracked.
This is highly problematic since it does not give you a full overview.
Often contacts change their email address, it should also be possible to see emails send to their old email address.

2: Possibility to see emails send from email addresses that are no longer used within an organisation
Staff often changes. When john.doe@mycompany.com changes his job and therefor are no longer an active user of the CRM, all his emails send to and received from a CRM contact will no longer be shown.
This is again highly problematic.

3: Better overview of all emails send and received from a contact.
Currently it is only possible to view the emails send to and received from a contact one at a time by selecting the different CRM Users from the dropdown.
It should also be possible to get a complete overview showing ALL send and ALL received emails in ONE overview.

The CRM Mail add-on is a paid extra service and it seems like some additional time for development should be allocated to this particular feature.
