Feature Request - Dedupe by Name

Guys, I've just moved to Zoho from Goldmine and imported all my data across. I was pretty shocked to find out today that it's not possible to dedupe data by contact name through an automatic process.

So basically I have to go through over 5,000 records visually to see if there are any dupes there, which seems crazy. I didn't bother deduping the data before importing as I foolishly assumed that this would easy with Zoho. Unfortunately, this is anything but the case. In fact, I am really surprised that Zoho can't do something as basic as this.

I'd like to suggest that you add the functionality to dedupe by name - the options you have up there at the moment (mobile, email, account, phone) aren't always meaningful depending on what fields are populated in the system and can apply to multiple contacts in one organisation which kind of defeats the purpose of duplicate identification in the first place. This would make the dedupe function much more powerful and practical, which is just isn't at the moment. In fact, it's pretty useless, in my opinion unless you know exactly what you are looking for.
