I am writing to submit a feature request that I believe would greatly benefit all Zoho Commerce merchants: the ability to display an estimated delivery date directly on the product page.
Today's e-commerce customers expect transparency. Before placing an order, they want to know when their purchase will arrive — and this information increasingly influences their buying decision. Many leading platforms already offer this feature, and its absence can be a real competitive disadvantage.
Here is what I have in mind:
• Each product should have two configurable fields: a minimum number of days and a maximum number of days for delivery.
• Based on these values and the current date, the product page would automatically display a message such as:
"Order now and receive it between [Date X] and [Date Y]."
This would be a lightweight yet powerful addition. It would work well for merchants like me who source products from different suppliers with varying lead times, making it impossible to apply a single delivery estimate store-wide.
I truly believe this feature would improve the shopping experience, reduce pre-purchase inquiries to customer support, and ultimately increase conversion rates — benefits that reflect positively on the Zoho Commerce platform as a whole.
Would you be able to forward this request to your product team for evaluation? I would love to hear whether this is already on your roadmap or if it could be considered for a future release.
