If you are interested in having IMAP support for ZCRM can you please put your $.02 in here?
IMAP support would allow you to truly use Zoho CRM as your main email client without having to sync between Outlook, Gmail or other Client.
The challenge currently is they only support POP. POP downloads email. So if you send email from a contact record or the email module it will not synch to your phone or other client. If you read email, open email using the email module and then go to your phone or Outlook or other client it will not even show up (unless you specify it to leave a copy on the server). This causes redundancy.
If ZCRM won't implement IMAP I would like the product management team to provide a reason why.
Further if it is on the roadmap I would like to understand when the feature is going to be developed and some realistic time frames.
