Feature request - Modify the "Close" process for Activities
One very annoying aspect of the ZCRM Activity Management process is that you cannot quickly and easily close activities.
I just tried to close a task from the Activities list view. I should have been a one or two click process. Instead, Zoho opened the task (which showed the task as complete) and then required that I close the task again. However, before I could close the task I had to manually remove the reminder I had set for the task.
When someone wants to close a task it should be a one or two click process. You click on a button that says "Close" or "Completed" and as a back-up you may get a warning message asking if you really, really want to close this task. When you click yes then Zoho should automatically close the task, remove the reminder and time/date state the completion so that yu can later run reports on what tasks/activites were completed on time, early or late.
