Feature Request - repeatable billing / close invoice

Hi, I have gotten your software up and I am doing some experimentation with it. I think so far it is very nice. There are 2 things that I would like to see from what I have done so far:

1) The ability to create the exact same invoice on a periodic basis (IE. Send the same invoice each month/week/year). It would be even better if that invoice could be automatically, printed/emailed/exported to pdf.
2) The ability to have some flag on the invoice which shows in this system if it has been paid or not. While a backend accounting system is necessary, having the payment history online would be really handy.

This product is so flexible it has great potential for many different fields. I am actually looking at it as a way to organize information about rental properties/tenants.
