Hi,

In some cases, We need to send an email from the accounts module.

The use case can vary.

But, The Most common one that i come across is When you have Zoho Form integrated to an account, You have to send it from that module.

Right now i've made a workaround with a workflow that is sending the email but, this not always feasible.
