Feature Request: Under Themes, Select Custom Tabs just for the Individual User

In my position, I don't need all the tabs that were created for the whole company. I actually only need like, 4 of them. And the 2 tabs that I use the most, are always in the "more" tab, and never stays on the main menu bar.

Since I don't use all the other tabs that my team members use, it would be nice to be able to select just the tabs I need in the Main Menu bar so that I can work more efficiently. having to constantly search for my main tabs in the "More" section starts to get frustrating at times, particularly when you're under pressure to get things done.
