Hello,

I have some questions and a few feature requests. First off, it might help if you configured a "Feature Request" category under the Zoho Mail forum, like you have under some of the other product forums. Here are some questions:

    Can I configure the system as to how often it should check for new mail?

    How can I adjust the anti-spam sensitivity?

    Does the system have anti-virus protection?

    How does the anti-spam work? All I see is a check box to turn in on or off and of course the black list and white list.


Here are some feature suggestions:

    Allow user to configure how often to check for new mail

    There are options for each mail account you setup. However, you might want some options to be the same for each account. Have global mail account settings which can be overridden at the individual account level

    Allow a user to use their own domain and point their MX record to Zoho Mail rather than using POP3 setups

    When I try to import contacts, I don't see any type of "Continue" button on the field mapping screen.

    Go ahead and setup default country Holiday lists, so the user doesn't have to setup every Holiday

    How is the application/function list in the left-hand "Personal" area sorted? There should be a way to rearrange this list to the user's liking. "Personal" does not seem an appropriate heading for this grouping.

    When the user brings up different applications/functions, you might provide a "Go Back" to previous function arrow.

    It is not always convenient to scroll up and down this application/function list. You might provide smaller versions of the app/function icons elsewhere that are always visible.

    The system needs more "Right Click" functionality in many areas.

    Mobile interface

    Sync with Email clients (Outlook, etc.)


I don't mean for this to be a negative post, because you have much wonderful functionality in the product. I am impressed by your company and all your products and would like to see you develop the best product available. I sell a hosted Email product in my business (relabel of BlueTie) & have looked at other similar products to use for my company and for possible resell (Webmail.us, Zimbra, Everyone.net, gmail, etc.).

You have a very good product and with a little work it could be great.[
