Hello Support, 

I started using WhatsApp in Zoho CRM but I found that templates are used only for workflow-rules, I used to use WhatsApp in Zoho Desk and this feature is available (picture attached).

You may suggest using Predefined Text feature, although it's a good feature and replaces templates option BUT when I add a predefined text it's available only for me not all users.

I want to continue using WhatsApp in CRM because it's better than Desk but without having templates option it's really hard for me and my users to use it.

However, with all that's said, do you know any workaround for me and my users we can use?
