Feature Suggestions

Hello Zoho,

While I'm relatively new to Zoho using the Professional Edition currently, I have reviewed about 15 competitor products over the last several months and have picked Zoho for a few reasons:

*Support and active forum
*Cost
*Features

However, in reviewing a number of competitor products there are a few features I would like to see added to Zoho in the future:

*Document Library TAB
*Meeting or Discussion forum TAB
*Selectable Field Type: File Attachment
*Selectable Field Type: Formula (Integer/Currency/Percentage)
*More detailed Home page customization allowing URL Links
*Annotized text fields (displays user name/date/time - comment) available for all TAB pages (adding an annotized comments section to Accounts for example)
*Customizable Left Side Panel: Add/Remove Components or Links
*Customizable Left Side Panel: Add Notes section for on-the-fly notes
*Integration with Zoho Writer/Sheet/Project/Creator using same logon credentials (SSO)
*Use customer-owned domains for login or select third or fourth level domain names from zoho.com for portal login (ie. ABCcompanyCRM.crm.zoho.com)
*Lookups: Allow lookups for non picklist fields (ie. Account Number)
*Cases Print Preview: Selectable customizable templates (ie. creating a work order template) not necessarily related to workflow tasks similar to how the Invoice templates work.

Thanks for creating such a great product. I look forward to your continuing efforts to make this the best product on the market. I'll continue to spread the good word!
