Greetings,
At the stroke of midnight in my time zone on 1/1/2016, Zoho announced that my inbox was over it's size limit by a full 22% (6.02 GB on 5GB limit). When I started paging through my emails to clean up huge emails or outliers, I'm not really finding anything. Did something change with the format/storage of Zoho Emails? I looked at the end of November or so when I created another user within the account and I was only at about 3.5GB out of 5GB?
What to do after you exceed 5GB (HOW to clean up?)
- I'm finding the web UI extremely frustrating to clean up email. There seems to be no way so show all email for a particular sender (e.g. a daily subscription for example) and then easily delete ALL those emails at once... youhave to select one page (max 200 emails, not all the emails searched), delete, select another page, delete...
- Search requires some character in the main search field-- this is not helpful when I'm trying to find very old emails.
- when you do search, you can no longer sort anything.
- POP and IMAP are immediately disabled? Why is this... at the very moment when I need my IMAP archiver (MailStore HOME), nope. blocked. Can you change this?
- If you page through emails too quickly, you get "too many clicks detected, try again later"??
- How do I get past the last 90 days of email without creating a specific search designating a search date earlier than 90 days ago? In other words, if I want to find *all* emails fro
sender@xyz.com i cannot just put
sender@xyz.com in the Search box---- i have to go to advanced search and put in a date range for each and every sender or subject I want to find (there is some sort of 90 day limit on the "Inbox" view... it is not actually showing every email posted to the Inbox -- for example, if I sort by Date in the Inbox, the earliest emails I see are 30 September, 2015?
Advanced Search is very weak: CONTAINS is not the same as " = "
How frequently is the mailstore total recalculated? Earlier today, i deleted all the big messages (so I thought-- it was only from the last 90 days due to the Inbox view limitation). this brought it down to 119% in the Control Panel. Later, I used Search and deleted 750 large messages (500K - 10MB each) and the amount didn't change. Have waited 2 - 3 hours and still no change in the count?
