I'm a personal user of Zoho Mail from China.
Recently, I take the feedback to here about "Display name" problem with Zoho Sync, today I found another issue:
I'll reply or forward a message on my mobile device (Windows Phone) with Exchange ActiveSync, the editing area include the original message in Mail APP. But I've send the reply or forward the message, then view the Sent Items Folder (Including Phone App and Webmail) and find the reply or forwarded message, the original text does not appear below the Original Message Header. (See screenshot as below)
The recipient get the message that original text also does not appear below the Original Message Header. (See attachments: reply.jpg & forward.jpg)
I think this product experience is not friendly enough, to hope Zoho would optimize it as soon as possible. Thanks!
