Feeds: Can I set up feeds to automatically see changes to records that I don't own?

Feeds: Can I set up feeds to automatically see changes to records that I don't own?

I'd like to set up Feeds to see the Leads record modifications of a sales team. A group is set up for the team.  An Auto-follow rule is set up as follows:

Module = Leads

Criteria = Lead Owner is Rep 1 or Rep 2 or Rep 3

I've tried this with and without the Group being set up but either way it yields no results in Feeds.  Am I misunderstanding the capabilities of Feeds?
