Feeds module not reporting updates to tasks properly

Feeds module not reporting updates to tasks properly

When looking at the Feeds in Zoho CRM, i can see updates to Accounts and Contacts but when a Task is changed or created, the only thing we see is numbers which I assume are references to the account or contact.   We have no information on the contact or account that this task is associated with.  See photo below.



As it is now, the Feeds module is useless because the numbers don't mean anything to us.  Please help!!
