Feild level editing in Potentials/Opportunites records
When you select a record from the Potentials/Opportunities list you are able to edit some individual fields directly and not others. For example, you have to open the entire record for editing to change the Stage. This is one of the more common functions and it would be very useful to be able to edit the Stage by selecting that field once the record is open for viewing.
I can't seem to find any rhyme or reason WHY this functionality exists for some fields and not others. We are seeing it regardless of field type and we see it in both custom and standard fields.
