Hey!

I have a custom module for incidence. The workflow is the next:

Incidence department send an email to a custom email from zoho(like this can be done the email parser). After that, it creates a module entry in "Incidences". Here everything works perfect.

This is what I want extra but can not make it work.

Inside the "Incidences" module will be a contact lookup field, and on the same module will be a contact code(single line field).

Is there a way(with Zoho Flow or other way ) that zoho fetch the data on the contact code(single field) and fill up the lookup field with the same contact?

I tried Zoho Flow(New entry module - Fetch data - update field module). Could not make it work.
