Fetch Module Entry

Hi Everyone, seeking your expertise on the issue encountered using the Fetch Module Entry. We use the Fetch Module entry on getting the Email Address from Zoho CRM going to mailchimp. The Fetch Module entry is working fine with the other fields, getting the data in real time. 

The issue encountered is when fetching the Email address from Zoho CRM to mailchimp we are not able to get the Email address in real time.

Any ideas/suggestions will be very helpful. Thank you!
