Fetch single records form one form to another

Dear all,
I have searched everywhere but I cannot seem to find the answer!

I have created two databases/applications

Database 1 is a contact database of our members.
Database 2 is filled with different membership fees (membership code), it has 2 columns, one with membership fees codes and the second column with the associate fee amount.

I made a lookup field for the membership fees in database one. Here I can pick (picklist) the appropriate membership code for a specific contact. What I then want is that in de next field in database 1 the associate price shows, how do i do this?
