Fetching and inserting data to ZoHo CRM using XML or JASON

I found a ZoHo Wiki that talks about the ZoHo CRM API ( http://zohocrm.wiki.zoho.com/Zoho-CRM-API.html ) but there are no real examples or any description of available fields etc. Is there better documentation somewhere or is this it?
