I found this question
from another user that went unanswered, but I'd like to revive it.
I have a custom field that is essentially a ranking of 1-5. We rank
various accounts in terms of the intensity of business development
we're applying to them, and we keep track of how many accounts are
in each rank and set goals for moving an account from one rank to the
next by set criteria.
Is there a way for me to report on how many (and which) accounts
move from Rank 1 to 2 or Rank 3 to 1 and so on? Our CRM account is
synced to Zoho Reports, but I don't see any data fields in the
Accounts table that would allow me to see this.
Any help would be appreciated.
