I would like to state that I am beyond disappointed with my Zoho subscription, and the manipulative way you lock important features to push people into upgrading to higher plans they won't benefit from, or into purchasing other products just to fill in gaps that shouldn't exist because they we have everything included in the bundle we already selected, which is also not cheap!
I mean for example, how you lock the Encryption of fields in forms and the very poor options in the Webforms section that people have to resort to the forms product to create a decent form!
I should've just gone with HubSpot, and am seriously considering to cancel my subscription! I truly feel this it is one of the biggest scams I ever saw in my life!!
I'd really like a reply to this message with a logical solution please, or anything to convince me not to cancel my subscription and request a refund!!
