I am having trouble with Lead conversion Mapping. I am trying to map a number of fields in the Leads form to corresponding fields in the Contacts and Potentials table. However, when I try to do this in the Lead Conversion Mapping form the fields in Leads are not available to map into the corresponding fields in Contacts.
This is happening with a number of fields. For example:
I created a field called Contact Source to capture the Lead Source. The two fields are exactly the same. For the Contact Source field, the Lookup Type is Leads and the Related List Title is Lead Source. However, Lead Source is not available to be mapped into this field. Moreover, when I convert the Lead into an Account and Contact, the drop-down box (sourced from Lead Source) is not available for me to re-enter the data.
I have a number of examples of this problem and it is preventing me from properly adopting Zoho CRM.
