Question regarding Zoho Invoice / CRM Field Mapping.
Currently have my Zoho Invoice set so that it syncs both ways with Zoho CRM. The challenge that I am having is when an estimate is automatically created in Zoho CRM, the fields that is utilizing to create the estimate are not mapped correctly.
For example.. The potential name in the CRM is mapped to the Product name in Invoice.
I would like to add and change how the fields are mapped from Zoho Invoice to Zoho CRM. I have attempted to access the field mapping section in the Integrations section of Zoho Invoice...
In the Settings>Integrations>Connect Product in Zoho CRM >Section 3. Map Fields.
When I try to access that section all of the drop down menus on the Zoho CRM field are blocked.
Can you advise how these fields become unblocked and I can add a few fields to be mapped as well..
