Field Mapping issues!?
I am in the process of mapping specific fields over from Leads to contacts and am running into an issue where the contacts tab is only showing "none" as an option on 2 of 25 custom fields that need to be mapped. This is ONLY happening on 2 of the fields which make ZERO sense to me.
How do I correct this issue, and why is there an issue in the 1st place? I have attached a screen shot.
2nd, how can I map specific data to the Products tab? Can I set up a custom option for this? We buy and sell real estate as a company so our leads are our products i.e. property in most cases and being able to map or import the property data from the lead would prevent hours of redundant data entry! Please advise ASAP.
