field name customization

it would be great if it was possible to customize field names, so that, even if the application is not localized, we could at least put our own translation. This is particularly true for the printed invoices.

I have looked through the configuration but I was only able to change the invoice section name, not the fields like billing address, ...

Am I missing something ?
