I am using ZOHO CRM at the moment and I haven’t really felt the benefit. I don't think that I’m not really using it to its full potential as the layouts need to be customised which I found it difficult to do.
Has anyone got any tips and layout suggestions for field sales reps, who is meets customers face to face, cold calls and follows-up on a day to day basis.
Also is it possible to create a dedicated phone call planner and organiser as a "tab" with new "phone task" that can be created directly from the "new leads" tab.
I would be very grateful for any advice as I would love to move from using diary and scrap paper for essential customer relations.
