In both Leads and Cases modules, fields that is not mandatory still requires data before saving.

In cases, if not the email is filled, there is a popup with message that it had to be data, and in the leads module, Webbsite are required. 

I have looked in the layout in settings, and this are not mandatory!

How can I get rid of these popups?
