Fields Not Being Printed?

We have had a working Zoho solution for several months now, however in the last couple of days we have had the following problem ; All these fields are now not being printed from any of of templates $(Invoices.Qty) $(Invoices.List Price) $(Invoices.Total) all other $(Invoices.#) fields are printing correctly. Its just these three fields.. and its causing major headaches so any help appreciated. Nothing has been changed our end to cause this problem, so I am sure that its a Zoho issue.
