Having trouble importing contacts.

"File should not contain more than (x) rows" keeps coming up. It has done it before and I have managed to sort it out. But this time, the problem is persisting and nothing I have done can change it. I am trying to upload around 30 contacts (from 3 separate csv files) and regardless of what I do, it keeps coming up with the same error message and the same amount of rows given.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
