File sharing

Some things do not go as expected when I try to share documents within our group. Although I get the message "successfully shared" no documents appear in the shared documents pane of the Groups tab.
I do receive an email confirmation, but when I click on "Shared documents", I usually get an error message saying "Error! Sorry we are unable to process your request. Please try again later.".
