When I export a Custom Report to a file, excel for instance, the filename is a seemingly random numeric filename and doesn't resemble the name of my report at all.

For instance, my custom report called "Test Report" would be exported as "1477983237822.xls" which means nothing to me. When exporting multiple reports, I cannot distinguish which is which without opening every file.

Could you modify the filename to start with the name of the report? When exporting modules, those filenames match the module names, and that's what I'd like to see here too.
