Files after removing are lost - who can help?

Files after removing are lost - who can help?

I wanted to move files from one folder to another. Now they are neither in the first, nor in the second folder, but simply gone!

Who can help me and retrieve the files? I couldnt find any other possibility to write to you Zoho Team.
