Files are not being attached.

Hi !

I am having a problem while attaching any file to an outgoing email. Whenever I click on Attach button, a dialog box appear to select file(s) but nothing happens after selecting file. Files are not being attached. I have tried to drop a file too but again, nothing happens. Am I missing something? Is there any other way to attach files?
