I am new to Zoho, so apologies if this is a basic question...

I want to create a feedback / evaluation form that I can email to clients following a product launch or show, but I would like to fill in parts of the form for them, i.e. their name, the dates of the event, the name of the activity and so on - is this possible?  And if so, how would I do it?
