Having a CRM is great but getting the accurate data there is much better.

And I feel in order to achieve that, some things could be done more easily.

For example, I regret that we have to go on the "clients details" for example, to modify or add data.

Why couldn't we change the data directly from a search list ? A click on a "pencil icon" would make the field editable, then add the new data, validate by clicking on a check icon.

That would make us save some time.
