Filter doesn't do anything for mail arriving in Spam folder

Hello,

I've had a lot of trouble making emails from our contact form go to the Inbox. They are always in Spam instead.

So I've created a filter to move only those emails into the Inbox. But the filter doesn't do anything on new emails appearing in Spam. I believe it's set up correctly, and it does work if I manually run the filter on the Spam folder.

How can I make the filter run on new emails as they arrive in Spam? Could you help please? Thanks.
