Hi all, I new to Zoho CRM.

We are a college. So to filter out the leads that are 'not interested', 'joined other college', 'wronly entered', i have created a picklist, named as CLOSED DUE TO; My logic is:  All the leads AND does not contain (not interested or Joined Other College or Wrongly entered), will list items that are CLOSED DUE TO any one of the reasons. But all are getting listed. Need help , 1. Is there any other option to achieve the same, 2.Why this logic is not working.
