I would like to share a suggestion for the search and filter options in the CRM.

In my opinion, the default dropdown selection for any text field to be searched/filtered should be "contains" and not "is" (exact match).

Most of the search engines everywhere function with a default "contains" which is then more intuitive to use for example be cases where you know that with some few key words you will find what you are after or in cases where you do not know exactly what you are searching for.

In my team, we personally rarely use the "is" filter unless we are creating a new filter to be used often. Whenever we use this feature as a search option, we always end up changing to "contains" as usually we would get 0 results when trying quickly to get the exact match.
