August 31, 2026 is the deadline. After this date, older ASAP Mobile SDK versions will no longer work with the ASAP Help Widget. If your app hasn't been migrated to a supported SDK version, users will no longer be able to access the ASAP Help Widget and its Help Center functionality through your app.
What you need to do
To continue using the ASAP Help Widget after August 31, 2026, upgrade your app to the supported SDK version for your platform and connect it to the latest ASAP Help Widget configuration.

This is our final notice
We've previously communicated this change through the following announcements:
- Initial announcement: We announced the deprecation of the legacy ASAP flow and provided migration instructions for both Web Widget and Mobile SDK users, along with the list of supported versions.
- Follow-up reminder: We shared a community reminder notifying users that older widget configurations had been moved to read-only mode, with new updates and improvements available only on the latest version.
- This final notice: We still see applications running on unsupported SDK versions. Support for these versions will end on August 31, 2026.
