We we are well on our way to setting up the CRM .
We are a tech company that does VOIP business phone services.
We have sales agents, and Tech agents that work at the customer sites.
This CRM is great for our needs.
Before we go to far and make a mistake it would be nice to have someone consult us that has setup one or more of the these things.
1. pay commission to agent on monthly recurring billing. approx %5
2. set up the email integration.
3. set up accounting integration
4. We need to find a way to attach a flow chart document to the account CRM / zoho docs doesn't support that attachment, need to find a work around.
5. set up a work flow, so the right people are sent a email when a client moves from a quote to sale to invoice,to Billing,to commission paid out.
