We have ser the financial year of our company to start in July via the Settings -> Company Setup- Company Details -> Financial Year.

However, the graphs on the dashboards to not appear to be using the CRM Financial Year, but calendar year, and the filters based on dates (This Year, Last Year, etc) also appear to be using the calendar year.

Can someone please explain what setting the company financial year affects in the CRM, and what date-related features of the CRM ignore the financial year setting.
