Find and Merge Duplicates
It would help if we could customize the standard criteria for when we click the Find and Merge Duplicates button.
When it pulls up any record with first name "John" OR any company with "Not Provided" then you have to go and clear those fields and search again, it renders it useless for most users because of the extra steps.
If only I could set it so that the first name was omitted and Not Provided was never used then people would find it useful and be a decent solution next to http://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/check-for-duplicates-upon-entering-new-record
