I just discovered (and thought I would share) that you can import candidates to Zoho Recruit and define the field you want to use to find duplicates. I have used the email address all this time. But I think a better field to find duplicates is a contact's Linkedin profile (which you can configure Zoho Recruit to do). This is particularly useful for managing contacts (for Business Development) as they move from company to company.
