Find percentage of leads that have phone number and email present

Hello,

I need to show a graph. On the x-axis, I need the lead owner. On the y-axis, I need to show the percentage of that person's leads whom have a phone and email listed with the lead. How do I do this? So for example, we will have "20% of Greg's leads have phone and email details listed"
