Finder Icons / Checkmarks / Sync Status

the sync status check marks in the finder (Mac) do not update dynamically.
if im looking at a folder, it wont update the sync status unless I refresh the folder manually (ie closing hte folder and opening it again). after that, it will show the correct sync status.
