Finished with a potential- take off list but save?

Finished with a potential- take off list but save?

I need a little help here, when I finish with a potential I want ti taken off the list yet accessible because there is a lot information to go back to when we do more business.
I can make a report based on open potentials and save it but I want that report to always be showing when I click on a tab and updated in real time. Any way to do this? Thsnks, Greg
