Firefox Freezes on Public Form with Vaildate on Form Submit

Firefox Freezes on Public Form with Vaildate on Form Submit

I have a public form (no login) that has validation on form submission (to check for valid data), when there is an error in form validation the the page freezes in Firefox.    This does not occur in Internet Explorer.

Is this a bug?
