Firewall Ports, IP ranges and URL's that might need enabling for Zoho Assist

Hi 
Can someone tell me what ports and IP ranges need to be enabled through a firewall to allow Zoho Assist to connect?

The client's machine sits the stating its connecting but I suspect the firewall is dropping the traffic.
