Firing email when a field changes in CRM

Hi guys

I'm new to zoho campaings, so maybe that's an obvious question for many of you. So I need to send triggered emails or even series, which start when a field (let's say, lead status field in CRM) changes or is set to a particular value.

Then I need to somehow return user activity in email back to CRM. If he/she presses the button in email, I'd like to know that and act on that in CRM

Can you please offer any help here
